Turok: Dinosaur Hunter is the title of the seventh episode of Replay. The Replay Roulette is Tonic Trouble.

This episode is hosted by Andrew Reiner and features Dan Ryckert, Tim Turi, and Ben Reeves. Reiner plays the featured game, passing the controller to Dan midway through. Ben begins playing the Roulette, but Tim takes the controller away halfway through.

Notes[]

Ben is given the nickname "AVP" in this episode, starting a tradition of sorts of giving random nicknames to guests. Andrew also purposely mispronounces Dan's last name as "Reinhart".

Reiner reviewed Turok: Dinosaur Hunter in the March 1997 issue of Game Informer. He gave the game a 9.5 out of 10.

"Turok is a sure fire hit in every category, and a must have for all N64 owners, game addicts, and beginners who want to see the most impressive graphics display on the planet."[1]

  • Dan: "...it's 20 feet, and then fog."
  • Tim: "I'd have to make an argument for "Jumpin' Jack Flash" or whatever the [bleep] that bunny game was.

  • Dan: "It seems like so many companies were just stretching for mascots back then, with all these platformers."
  • Tim: "It worked for Superman 64 so let's just do it right here."
  • Tim: "I'm going to go ahead and grab the controller and see if you're really that inept."

  • Tim: "If something entertaining doesn't happen within the next ten seconds, we're going to end this."
